So, last I had mentioned to Oppo, I had a scheduled interview for Thursday morning, after being back in NJ for only a few hours.
Well, two hours after scheduling the interview for Thursday, I was called and asked to meet up for another job interview with a different company. They wanted to see me in two hours. So, I hurried up and got ready. Long story short, I was offered the job.
Fast forward to Thursday, and this place is much better than the other, more pay, better benefits, nicer area and it’s family owned and operated since 1982. I was also offered the job.
I decided to accept job number 2, and I go back to meet the owners wife and the rest of the team Monday am, with a tentative start date of April 4th.
So, to recap. Been back in NJ for four days, and had two competitive job offers, and I am now employed again!

I am working for a medical device company that services patients in rehab facilities. They specialize in COPD and Trache patients. I will be setting up the patients room at the facility with the necessary equipment and supplies needed for recovery, and also training the nurses on how to administer the prescribed treatments. Also doing service/repair on specialized O2 equipment.

The company is based in Fairfield, right on Rt.46 near Willowbrook Mall. They service approx. 60 rehab and nursing facilities across New Jersey.

Thanks! Going to be working for a company that services rehab/nursing facilities working with patients that require equipment related to COPD and advanced oxygen therapy. I will be setting up the patients equipment and training the nurses how to administer the treatments prescribed by the doctor. Also some repair and service of the equipment, but that’s only about 20 percent of the time. Hooray for not having to get dirty turning wrenches anymore!
